any time there was an issue with a game (other then this one) they fixed it right away, but apparently you don't care as much as they do. I have lost a lot I would like a refund on the money I have spent

If you really are making a game for people to enjoy and play you would do what all the other game companies do and have a game that runs smoothly. As Shinezone finds that challenge too hard to accomplish, then you honor the people playing the game by giving them really awesome compensation as the glitches are a multiple daily occurrence of the highest frustration. I play a lot of different games on Facebook and Dessert Shop, in all the languages I play it in has a minimum of 10 glitches and oops messages which require constantly reloading the game, extremely frustrating , and then what do you know, we are in the middle of a goal to earn rewards and outfits and OOPS the game is out of commission so I can't finish it, can't get the rewards I worked so hard for and can't get the outfits I have earned. I contact Shinezone for help and they say they will make sure I have everything I earned but they lie, and no matter how much I reach out I never see anything they promised and just get bad prewritten responses that have nothing to do with the issues. I an my fellow players have NEVER experienced this in ANY other Facebook game.

please fix game and use proper English as well...your word usage is terrible... maybe that's why the game has so many errors... do you understand the code you are using to write the game?? that may sound mean but it's true.. if you don't write the code properly you get errors

i have been having this problem for monthes now its where i cant even play the game.if its not fix its getting blocked.

llevo 2 meses sin poder jugar en chrome porque la barra no acaba de cargar ,se queda en 99,9%,mande varios correos y la contestacion fue que estaban reparando un error,por dios!!! dos meses reparando un fallo??

so difficult to stay positive about a game that had so much potential. With the amazing # of players, it is terrible that the shinezone team has such disrespect for their players. Facebook should also hold some of the responsibility for not holding Shinezone ACCOUNTABLE for such shabby work.

Am not pleased with nothing progressing without having to pay for it. I agree its not fun anymore with these new goals

how can we be expected to stick with a game that kicks us out every five minutes and tells you you have two instances of the game running ? its no wonder so many players are fed up this is poor management and developing and needs to be corrected or there just might not be a shinezone anymore there are plenty other games that could take your place for your players to go to so just remember that .

how can we be expected to stick with a game that kicks us out every five minutes and tells you you have two instances of the game running ? its no wonder so many players are fed up this is poor management and developing and needs to be corrected or there just might not be a shinezone anymore there are plenty other games that could take your place for your players to go to so just remember that .
