I cannot play for four weeks...I always confirm about this but nobody cares!!!! so many ooppps so many errors so many loses connections....I fed up these problems...fix the game please

It's especially frustrating when you spend actual money to try to advance in the game, and things still don't work right.

Just fix it and make it right. You want us to play and enjoy but you cant seem to get it fix. Compensate us somehow for your lack of not getting errors fixed properly and leaving us all hanging. JUST NOT RIGHT!!!!

I am so frustrated with the game refreshing every few minutes, no way to complete goals when we don't get additional time to complete goals due to site refreshing. Wasting time and ingredients trying to get that pink star-I cooked the same recipe 20 times and still not pink star-I think we should be able to get one just by cooking a certain number of times. Visiting neighbors a waste of time too when you visit 20 and get maybe 2 ingredients, I think we should be able to collect all ingredients that we click on. Need to be able to open up expansions easier-keep getting goals and new decor, no where to put it as we are at the limit of expansions. I use to really enjoy the game but now it is becoming another "cafe world" with endless problems.

Too many issues regarding this game including network errors. lost bonuses, constant repeats on finished goals etc. Compensation would only be fair as these frequent errors never seem to be fixed properly, and continue to be ongoing

Please fix this game and give us some type of compensation for everything we lost, goals and money we may spent to play this game. This is very frustrating!
