And there is nothing wrong with playing another game for a while. In essence, a boycott of the game for a set period of time to remind the developers that the customer is a vital part of their game.
It is as if it would harm them to be a bit more communicative to their audience.

OPPS caused issues with the events and with making desserts. I also lost desserts in the Leader board oven and lost ingredients.This caused me to loose points in the event. I also did not receive my double rewards for finishing timed event before it was over several times in the Chinese New Years.

If the major issues are not addressed and fixed, I can't continue playing the game. What would be the point if the goals are not doable?!

Last week I did not have access to the game for 2 days, blocked 99.9%, I missed during the missions because of it! I asked for compensation for my loss, and I had that answers with a generic text. All this is unacceptable.
