WE, the undersigned residents and business owners in Genoa Twp. respectfully request that the Township Board research the possibility of establishing a dedicated police presence in Genoa Twp.

We need a real police presence in this township. The current state is absolutely unacceptable and way too much speeding on the back roads.
Seems like a lot of service for such a small price. I'm for it!

The board has no clue about the lack of police service. The county and state a re response only , no proactive policing, and talk to the many residents where police never showed up. The board will always keep their head in the sand, it's not the county's job to provide road patrol, and Msp has enough to do for the highway and all townships. Sad there are 20 times the calls for police, but look how much you pay for a fire truck, how many real house fires are in our township. Very few.
