The animals of Bedford county deserve better from us. Kept in the cold and minimal housing requirements it’s just disgusting the torture I see in my own neighborhood

Animal abuse and neglect should be one of the harshest crimes ever. They need to be protected against humans they can't protect themselves if they are tied to trees with chains around their necks no food no water no shelter. I strongly agree this should become one of the biggest felony charges
