The Cristal Chinois is a Chinese restaurant in Montreal. Shark FIn soup is used on many of its menu items and I believe that this should be stopped. Many species of sharks are at risk of going extinct such as the Angel Shark and the Daggernose Shark. A species is at risk of disappearing forever and this restaurant is serving it to people. With enough signatures  I think that we can convince this restaurant to stop serving shark fin soup.
