We should be charging northerners a 500,000 dollar import tax in order to be a state resident. You don't like it go back to where you came from. Deplorable

There are plenty of refuge areas for birds in that area. Limiting areas for bird hunting will have adverse impacts on remaining open hunting land. Do not forget that sportsmen are the backbone of conservation in SC and the United States.

Legal hunting has occurred in this area for decades with no adverse effect on the habitat or non-game bird use. I support continued use by all user groups including hunting.

If anyone knows and understands birds, it's waterfowl hunters and not politicians. I object to designating Murrell's Inlet a bird sanctuary due to the fact that numerous other sanctuaries are in this area and hunting is a deep rooted tradition in this area.

Hunters and Birder watchers have coexisted for years without a problem in Murrells Inlet! There are already areas that are off limits as a bird sanctuary. Don't let a few take away the rights of many! Keep the hunting!

Hunting has been going on at Murrell's Inlet for 100's of years. The fact that birds are still there proves a sanctuary is not needed.

Enough encroachment. Hunting is as natural as breathing. No true human being would nor should be against it.

Leave Inlet alone and let hunting and fishing thrive. We pay for so many conservation projects through licensing. These are clean family activities for children to learn and grow in outdoors.
Murrell's Inlet needs to be open to hunters too.
Another sanctuary isn't needed in this location.
