A strong woman and dedicated mother. She is an inspiration to many: those new to fitness, those struggling with weight, and single moms balancing demands of work and motherhood.
Shannon is the epitome of inspiration. Not only in fitness- which definitely she is- she is a fitness icon to women everywhere and of all differences she can relate with love and acceptance-but as a friend, mother, woman period. I am proud to call her my friend, my inspiration. ❤️
