I received an order on the 4th of May - the box was completely damaged and things had been taken out. I emailed customer service & was told I would get sent a replacement package asap. It's now the 20th of May and I have had one response from customer service asking what my issue was. Still no response.

- The lipsticks are SO over priced for such bad quality products
- The price of shipping to Australia alone is PATHETIC. They take advantage of everyone.

i personally have not ordered from kylie. but the stories that i hear have put me off. wrong orders, wrong lipkits sent, orders mixed up and sent to wrong people.. very unprofessional
