I ordered a kourt k lipkit from Kylie cosmetics and never received it then I received a inbox message on Facebook deli a lady who I do not know asking me if I had ordered off the Kylie cosmetics website when I replied yes. She sent me a screenshot of my order and my lip kit that was sent to her address in England.
The box had her address but inside was my lipkit order with my invoice.
Today I received a lipkit also which is not mine it was a Koko k lipkit with someone else's invoice. The box had my address but inside was someone else's order.
When I contact the company they didn't seem to care at all. I've spent a lot of my lipkits and expect them to be delivered to me or at least be refunded not be ignored when I email seeking for help on my order.

I haven't received any lip glosses shipping confirmation. My lip gloss brushes were flared and messy. When they replied to me that they will send a shipping confirmation soon.

I was really excited about her products at first, but I've heard so many bad reviews and I've witnessed the claims made in this petition time and time again. Something needs to be done.

ordered a dolce K lipkit but to my suprise when i opened the box there was true brown in the box!! although a dolce k lipliner??

This multi millionarie better step up her game. Not every one is as privileged as her and guarantee even the poorest of poor can make the product 10 times better than hers.
Colour pop has the exact same formula and yet its way cheaper.

Just fix these problems Kylie Cosmetics. It's unfair for people not to get their stuff or get substandard stuff from you.
Be a better cosmetic company as its not a good image.

Never in stock! I don't want to wake up at 6am just for a lipstick and within an hour its all gone, last time I waited for 1 lip color and the time I checked out it was sold out, I don't think that's fair at all
