Dear Friends and Family,
As many of you know, Shambhu unfortunately got out of the house one weekday. As none of us were home, this sweet puppy was outside without a leash for over 6hours. Though he was mature enough to wait patiently on the front porch and not wander off for that extended period of time, he allegedly ran aggressively towards the neighbors dog as they walked past. The neighbors were understandably frightened, and have elected to press charges against Shambhu. Our friends know Shambhu, and know how good of a dog he is, we feel that he is being unfairly painted as an aggressive dangerous animal. This was the first time in seven years of having Shambhu that something like this has happened. We very much appreciate everyone's support.

Shambhu is one of the sweetest and well behaved dog I have ever come across. This one untoward incidence should be taken in context of him being stressed because of circumstances that family wished had not occurred. He is definitely not a dangerous dog.
We live behind the Probodh Telang house last 10 years and Know Shambu since it is a puppy we never ever saw it making any problem to anyone, we went their house so many times and Shambhu was very friendly dog.
Shambhu is such an adorable well trained, well behaved dog. He once accompanied us to a spiritual retreat near Crestone. Over 100 families were there and Shambhu conducted himself admirably over a period of 2 days. Love you Shambhu. God bless.
I have personally know this dog walking the neighborhood. My kids love him and so do I I will get my life and my kids life on this dog being nothing but amazing
. Shambhu is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met! I have met him so many times and have never heard him bark. He also listens to his family right away! He is a very smart dog. It is unbelievable that he is deemed aggressive and unfriendly dog by someone. It must be a mistake or a misunderstanding! Please take charges against him back.

Shambu has always been an obedient dog and never demonstrated any aggression towards my sons who saw him often during music lessons. Any dog if left outside by accident or if escaped from the home without water or food or his owners would get a little troubled during the day this is normal. I am sure he was just protecting his home and felt confused since he was all alone on his porch. This is a normal dog's instinct. He has never been a threat!

I'm surprised to hear of pressed charges, because my consistent experience of Shambhu is that he is cared-for and well-trained by the Telang family, who have shown responsibility of him.
