We need shaded parks, to get a more active lifestyle we need to be in a safe environment and our kids in the sun with no shade is not a safe environment.

would love shade over the playgrounds as it gives us more opportuntiy to take our kids outdoors for more playtime and it also prevents the play equipment becoming to hot to play on. If we want to raise our kids to more active outdoors than lets get this going.

It should have been mandatory. With the risk of skin cancers increasing why should we have to expose our children too anymore than necessary?

I can't believe there is no shade , do they not care about our kids?!!! Cancer hello not to mention no one goes to the park on hot days as the equipment burns the kids bums. Kids come first it should be illegal to not have shade in kids parks in this day and age!!!
