Necesitamos un trato y salario justo para nuestros Maestros y Maestras ellos son las personas más importantes en el mundo, sin ellos nadie podría ir a una Escuela, ellos son merecedores del mejor salario, gracias a todos los Maestros que an pasado por la vida de mis hijos en Daniel Webster, James Lick y Lowell!!!

Fund our teachers and staff properly!! Treat them like the professionals they are. Teacher working conditions are student learning conditions.

With inflation as it is, I imagine it would be much easier to give these people the fair wages they're asking, than to have to replace several teachers because the district over here will pay them fairly. It's something to consider.

Our school needs more substitute teachers, therapists, and they also need a raise and better benefits since they are the ones who deal with all our children so that we parents can work and thus be able to support our homes.

We’re under paid as a 1426 Senior Clerk Typist as Step 5 only pay $32.38. According to City and County of San Francisco, we’re supposed to be paid $40.07, but we’re below Step 1, $33.01, according to the City and County salary compensation. It’s very sad how SFUSD treats the classified staff.

Los maestros necesitan sueldos justos, mejores prestaciones laborales que incluyendo seguro médico, capacidad por enfermedad pagada . Un escalafón de jerarquía , y muchas prestaciones más. Los Maestros son los que forman académicamente a nuestros hijos, quienes en futuro, serán los profesionales de este país.
