I think it's outrageous your charging this man for be human and doing the right thing. If you want to charge someone, charge Obama for treason.

I beleive he did the right thing but if it was me I would have done something worse he might have been shot.

I served with Charles for over two years in and out of combat rotations. He is strong, honorable and is a great soldier. De Opresso Liber

sfc Charles Martland should be promoted for what he did not discharged. The son of a bitch who raped that child and his mother should have been hung. We the American people will not stand quiet, we need to bring America back to the great country it used to be.

Officer and gentleman acted in accordance with what is right

I cannot find the words to describe how disappointed I am in the leadership within the SF Command that would allow this discharge to proceed. What has happened to the SF community that so few in the chain of command are standing up for the members of the Regiment who have done so much for freedom in this and other countries? This is just one in a series of recent actions against several of our Green Berets who have served honorably. What happened to De Oppresso Liber???? Shame on you! This soldier did the right thing. You all need to get off the "PC Train" and find your moral compasses again.

This man is a hero and should be promoted for his actions.The idiot bringing charges against him should be immediately dishonorably discharged.

I served with Charles and this is disgraceful to a true warrior.

If the American people do not scream to the top of their lungs that this will not be tolerated, it will not be long until it is acceptable here. He should have been shot on sight. This is an innocent child incapable of defending himself.
