I feel that SFC Charles Martland's charges should be dropped immediately and the person who instigated this action should lose their job for lacking moral integrity and common sense.

Tis man defended a child attacked by a perverted muslim we probably trained. There is no justification in bringing any charges of misconduct on this soldier for doing the right thing to protect a child and his mother. SFC Martland did way less than the man deserved which in my opinion would have been to shoot this guy in the head so he could not sexually assault another child.
I support the actions of Martland in doing his duty to protect a child and his mother from the attacks of a sexual predator. He should be given a meadel, instead of this having any ill effects on his Army record. I promice you this, if it were my child or yours I would want a man with this kind of decency and courage to be looking after them. Proud to have men like this in our service.
