Do not send the message that we will punish our military when they do their jobs abroad! We should respect and support him instead! They serve and sacrifice so we can keep our freedoms here... We owe the men and women of our military and they do not deserve to be treated this way!

"What's equally disturbing are reports that the military has allowed Afghanistan forces to sexually abuse young children on U.S. bases." Adult males in Afghanistan and Iraq think it is normal and ok to rape young boys. Where does this mentality come from?

I support SFC Martland and believe he is a great asset to our Armed Forces that we should not part with.
I think it is also time for us to reconsider our ROE in countries that we occupy as it is inherently a different role than our Special Forces in allied countries we advise or insurgent groups we support.

This is disgusting that the powers that be are not standing up for this man. That they are punishing him for protecting a child against his rapist. That when no one would do anything about the rapist he took it upon his self to do something so this child and his mother no longer had to live in fear. And what does the military and our useless President do? They're going to kick him out. He should be given a medal for his actions.
