This is a travesty. This fine example of a man & soldier did the right thing. Whomever said to ignore rape of boys on our bases is an idiot! Do NOT punish anyone for doing the right thing. Grow some balls just as our Troops have. Do the right thing.

This is a real hero, standing up for what is right. My heart breaks for those Afganistan children who have to suffer abuses & rape at the hands of ungodly tyrants. Such evil!!! Spf Charles Martland needs to continue to be a hero in our Army & keep standing up for that which is right. It would be an atrocity & lawlessness running wild to not allow him to continue in our armed services for our country.

Soon there will be no military. Who wants to work for a couple of bucks an hour and then be told to watch a young boy being raped. This is just wrong!

I believe you, I'm proud of you and ashamed of the army, congress and president Obama. This is unbelievable you're the best of all of us and deserve a promotion.

Sadly it looks like Obama's "yes men" have infected the Flag ranks of the U. S. Army. It is a travesty that the Army would even consider letting this heroic, honorable man go. I guess we should not be surprised with all that has taken place since Barry has been in office.

As a former SFC in the US Army this Soldier deserves to stay in amd not be downsized. He is a Hero and a steadfast Soldier who did the right thing! The Army has turned to crap and the last thing we should be doing is downsizing Great Soldiers like him! Get rid of the fat bodies and the profile rangers who are milking the system! Not this SFC who has served with loyalty to his country!
Respectfully,
Jeromy Beebe SFC (R)

This is not the first time an upstanding
individual has been punished for standing up to atrocious violations of
basic human rights. SFC Charles Martland should be reinstated with honor. The army should be ashamed of itself.

How disgraceful that the president of United States, is not standing with this green beret who is standing up against a child rapist in Afghanistan. Shame on Senetor Clair McCalscal of Missouri for not standing up for this honorable soldier!

as a U.S. Army veteran I'm ashamed and embarrassed of the leadership, both military and political that would ever let something like this happen. What a travesty and utter disregard to the American people and values we all hold so dear.

I am beyond dumbfounded that the army and the government are not supporting SFC Martland. A true disgrace. Martland should be reinstated without question.
