We are a group of three girls who are all pationate about sport and feel that girls get treaten unfairly within our sport (football and basketball). As part of our Citizenship project, we are raising awareness and educating people about the issue of sexism in sport. As well as this we are going to be raising money for charities who are against sexism in sport.
We are trying to gain as many signatures as we can to show that people are aware of the issue and that people support our campaign in trying to reduce sexism and eventually put a stop to it all together.

My daughter plays basketball and sees this stuff all the time. Glad to see some young people taking a stand.
about time someone spoke up about this. girls work just as hard as guys and deserve the same respect on the field.
As a female who is passionate about equality in sport I'm in full support of this petition.
Keep up the good work girls. Sport is a fantastic way to keep fit and have a great social life.
I am a boxer at my local gym and as a woman it is great to see the support to reduce sexism in sports like this. I fully support this!
