EA finally gave in and confirmed the project is moving forward again. It took way too long to force their hand but we officially beat their silence. Stay sharp because we need to make sure they actually deliver a quality product instead of half-baked nonsense.

Let's get the sequel for mass effect Andromeda off ice and ready to be made for us. We all know Andromeda wasn't as good as the original trilogy, but it doesn't mean we should be left out and denied to play our favorite series. We will always love mass effect even if it doesn't match up to the original. Andromeda was a fine addition to the series and deserves to be continued, not cut off because their priorities changed from a great series to something else.

We just hit 250 signatures and EA needs to wake up and realize we are not letting this project die in the dark. They abandoned the Andromeda story like it was garbage but we are proving that fans refuse to be ignored.

Mass Effect is my favourite games I have played all four games multiple times. The andromeda story line deserves to be played out to its conclusion.

The support for this game was pulled to early just for a new game and it was horribly irresponsible not to give this game more effort

Don't punish the fans for the mistakes management has made, or for "under performance" of some suits projections looking to get a bonus check.

I loved Andromeda as much as I loved the series. It was beautiful, charming and adorable even while being a bit wonky from time to time. Non could make my experience from the game worse. I loved the game. And I'm eager to know more about this new world!

Mass Effect Andromeda was much better than most people act like. People went into it wanting to hate it and that had an impact on the overall reception of the game. While not perfect, I still had an excellent time playing it and would love to continue Sara/Scott Ryder's story.

This is a good game! It's just NOT the OTHER Mass Effect, but it's not supposed to be! There are lots of things great about it, the atmosphere of "a new beginning" being probably the best. I believe, people just expected "the old" ME spirit, but there can't be another Shepard in the galaxy, can there?

Andromeda deserves DLC and a sequel, and we've waited years to see it realised. It was a great game (it didnt deserve the negative feedback), interesting and immersive, and was full of new opportunies and ideas to explore. Was utterly disappointed when I realised the new mass effect announcement wasn't for the next MEA installment. I don't think I can engage with any new Mass Effect set in the Milky Way when Ryders story is left unfinished. It feels like trying to reboot the initial trilogy with the lure of original team members, when Shepards story ended with such finality. To brush the original trilogy and unfinished Andromeda story under the rug cheapens the whole experience. Personally, I want to stick with Ryder until their story it completed and then for any new mass effect in the milky way after that to be removed from my shepards story (don't bring them back - their sacrifice was the power and impact of the trilogies end - don't minimise the impact of or change the choices shepard made, and don't give shepards companions to a new character with shepard just constantly being reference every second breath - i dont need my new character living in the shadow of or being compared to my old one). A new mass effect was always going to have a tough first game bc of the fanatics in this fandom and the nostalgia of the original trilogy, but Andromeda 2 would've seen far higher positive engagement with it building upon the foundation set in MEA and really fleshing out the story, increasing the stakes, and developing the characters and world. Reckon it'll be the same with the new milky way mass effect, hopefully it won't mean they shelve mass effect games for good.
