I thought the dress code battle was over when students got them thrown out just before 1970. Each student is responsible for his or her own distractability -- period. If the code requirements do not have to fo with safety, they have no place being there.

It's not the females who are doing the wrong thing. Dressing is simply dressing. One, specially females, shouldn't be told to dress a certain way due to a "distraction" to others, in this case, males. That's really stupid and disrespectful. Let people express themselves as long as no harm is being done. Therefore, dressing how one wants to dress is their decision. Fuck whoever says it's wrong, there is nothing wrong towards that. If it's provoking or distracting someone, maybe they should learn on how to focus. Don't blame it on the other one who is simply dressing how they want to.
