I left an abusive relationship 3 months ago. I came home to my family and got a full order of protection here in my home state. Both of my children have not only witnessed the abuse, but also have been abused! My ex somehow managed to get custody out of state and came here to take my son. Child services has found him with neglect and abuse on my children, but still he managed to obtain my son. I have never been away from my child. He just turned one and i know he is very scared. Not only do I have proof from the dr\'s but also the police.
