On April 24, 2012 Alliyah Lopez- Ayala past away by accident in the home where she lived. Department of Social Services took the other 2 children in the home, 14 year old Alex and 2 year old Elliana (Nena). On Thursday April 26, 2012 the court gave Alex to David and Teresa Strickland but kept Nena. We have everything that Nena needs to live in our home. Bedding, clothes, food, ect... David had a DSS case over 10 years ago so they are using it as an excuse not to give her to us (David and Teresa). But they just placed Alex in the home. We keep a clean home, we don't get into trouble, we dont do drugs, we dont even drink... Please sign this petition. We have to turn it in at court on May 24, 2012...
