We would like to nominate Mike Early, Application Consultant, for one of the At-Large spots for the once-in-a-lifetime trip to Barcelona. Mike Early primarily supports the large market Solutions Consultants, however he provides support to all of the SC community. Mike provides the SCs with configuration assistance, general support and communication for the Dayforce application. Mike consistently fills his role with excellence, dedication and loyalty. Due to his efforts, the SC’s continue to deliver world-class experiences to our prospects and clients. Since 2011, Mike has helped the SC community first learn and then master Dayforce HCM. He has provided support at all hours of the day and night, both scheduled sessions and on the fly. Time and again, Mike has helped SCs prior to, en route and yes, even during our presentations to our prospects and clients.
He is responsive. He is knowledgeable. He is accurate. Simply put, he is a crucial part of our success as an organization. He quietly supports our community from his desk in Toronto and is more than deserving of being recognized in such a bold fashion. There aren’t enough thank yous for all that Mike does for the individual and Ceridian as a whole; this type of recognition will truly reflect the level of effort and dedication Mike brings to us every day.

The volume of support for Mike has reached a level that necessitates immediate formal action. I am drafting a presentation dossier for the nominating committee to ensure this effort is treated with the appropriate professional weight.

This is what Great Looks Like - Mike Early! Not only has he been instrumental in any complicated config I need he has taught me how to do a lot of this on my own. I often find myself saying that I can do this config and how much more impactful will I be when I show the prospect what I worked on in the demo for them. In addition, there is never a day that I call him and he does not pick up..even on his days off!! Mike is passionate about the success of the SC organization and I could not think of a person more deserving of this reward.
Mike is a HUGE help to our SC Team! Allways willing to dig in to find, configure and test out the scenarios that are near and dear to our prospects. Having the help brings our presentation and credibility to life!
Mike is always willing to help out and provide support with complex situations. He is a pleasure to work with!
Mike certainly deserves to be recognized! He is knowledgeable and responsive. He has been there to save me before and during demos. Even on Sundays! Please take him to Barcelona!!!
Mike brings extrodianary value to the SC organization! In difficult demo scenarios, Mike is always there to help and assist, in any difficult scenario the SC's are presented with. Mike is more than deserving of being recognized, Mike is what great looks like !
All of our demos would be a train wreck if Mike didn’t so what he does (not to mention all of the re-work he puts up with because the instances are so unstable).
Mike's help in preparing the demo databases is a difference maker in showing the DayForce solution.

Mike has been a big part of our success in 2013. He has helped my team prepare a demo that is taylored to the prospects needs. He makes the demo of Dayforce HCM really make a impact on the prospect's vision of a solution. It has been the difference maker in several evaluations we won in 2013.
