Please all SB424 pass so that everyone be allowed a chance at Parole. I understand it excludes sex offenders and multiple offender. B8t first time offenders that have shown rehabilitation should be released. It would reduce the budget of the state in housing them and open up space for criminals being let out because there is no place to house them.

My fiance is a non violent offender who got all of this ridiculous time, whereas pedophiles, domestic abusers, murderers, serial rapist, killers, terrorists get a slap a wrist, where's the fairness in the justice system? Yes, he's an inmate at the VADOC and he's been gone with him turning himself July 2012.. He gets out November 28 of this yr, but it'll be so much better if he was sooner than that. Just saying in my opinion..
