I wholeheartedly appreciate the senate coming up with sb424...for number one it's taking a billion in tax payers money which can be tremendously reduced...secondly with 20yrs of prison time inmates will show a low recidivisium rate because taking advantage of education , cognitive skills and counseling...with knowing men that has been in the system for over 20yrs they are proving that this bill will be the best thing for our state...all three are living life on life's terms...happily married,working have kids and productive in the community with knowing this can work ...I strongly believe in this sb424
