I would hope this bill passes so that some of those that are deserving of release. Rehabilitated Citizens can be returned to society. They have completed the criteria for release so let them go. You have others out here who need time out and they are being set free only to be repeat offenders cause you have no place to house them. It is time for change so let change come in the form of SB 424.
