Yes Please allow this bill to pass.La. is in a bind,u can do this by helping out the economy. Prisoners over 10 yrs. Is enough to punish them. They are not getting proper care and enough food. Over age 45 should make this person muture to do what's right in society.

All that money can be use to help our children's. Give them better education and give them a new park where they can go and do better things in life. Help feed the hunger peoples and help get homeless peoples off the street give them somewhere to live.

I feel Senate Bill 424 is an excellent idea to save millions of tax payers dollars and give offenders a second chance on life.
