This bill should be passed and first time felony offenders should be let out after 10 yrs. And 50 yrs. Of age and over.

I agree that some offenders serving a lifer with 20 Years or more time served should be rehabilitated via training programs and released on parole.

Curtis Frank #244655 is serving a life sentence in Louisiana State Penitentiary in Angola, LA and has done over 20 years and has had a couple of open heart surgeries. The prison has retired him due to his health, he's never been in trouble and is a Class A trustee. The family of the victim has forgiven him & he is now ready to be given a second chance at life. I promise to help take care of him & keep him on the right path as he finishes his life's journey. Thank you in advance.
