If 1st time offenders been in there for over 20 yrs we are paying money to keep them in there when 95 % of them would not go back because it was a 1st time and made a mistake and if there was a 1 to 5 % chance 1 might go back that's crazy to make Louisiana tax payers pay I'm for letting them out to see
