Please pass this bill. Not only would it save the State of La tons of money, but it would give hope to those incarcerated with long sentences to want to get back in society & be productive citizens.

Yes,pass this bill,this would be one way to help La. with the debt problems. If the government can change other things in La. Then they can also do this,anyone in prison over 10 yrs. And over 50 and first time felony offenders should be considered on release.
