I support bill 424 for prison reform for first time offenders. Everyone makes mistakes and poor choices. Some do learn all are entitled to a second chance. Many first time lifers made poor choices as young adults and can and have been rehabilitated therefore should be allowed a second chance at a productive life in society.

Everyone does deserve a second chance. And there are those who are first time offenders, that are under 45, that have served 20 plus. We have all done some questionable events in life. The only difference is we were not caught.

Each case on it's merits. People in Justin's situation deserve a second chance and they could have been contributing to society many years ago. Change the LAW - allow these people freedom.
