Development of such magnitude within such a small plot is totally absurd that doesn't seem to take into account the practicality in the well being of Rakyats daily lifestyle and sustainability of ecosystem..

In a time where people and communities around the world are actively trying to make their cities greener and more liveable, we are on the verge of having one of the most liveable and greenest neighbourhoods in all of Klang Valley destroyed - by irresponsible developers, and officials. Proper consultation and engagement of the community is required! More attention needs to be given to maintaining green spaces and parks, and also ensuring that population density per acre remains sustainable.

It is ironic that whilst countries and cities around the world are developing strategies and striving to protect green spaces; we are planning on razing a huge portion of ours? This piece of land in addition to us, which a multitude of flora and fauna call home. Shouldn't we echo these initiatives such as Open Garden Squares Weekend in London,EU's urban sustainable plan, or even our neighbour Singapore which tops the urban tree density list? We are after all residents of TAMAN Tun Dr Ismail. We value nature, our health, sustainability and happiness.

TTDI is not KL City Center! Wake up, DBKL; wake up TTDIans and nearby residents and reject this ridiculous development plan! We demand no further disruption to our peaceful and quiet livings here in good old TTDI.

Please, please leave this beautiful pocket of green and source of cool fresh air be. Save it for our children and future generations to enjoy. More development will also just mean more traffic, more pollution, spoiling the tranquility that is TTDI. A successful, competitive and best-in-class city - that KL aspires to be - must be liveable and sustainable. Such a development would just tip the liveability balance that TTDI has currently.
