People need public green recreational areas for healthy community and family relationships. Green areas also help people to destress and to maintain peace of mind - a very important function in a high pace city life

This high density development totally ignores how it will effect the quality of life in TTDI. The roads currently serving this area CANNOT cope with this sudden increase in the number of people, cars (parking) and traffic. And eating into a park designated for the public and profiting from it is just plain callous disregard of the law
