Seeking Your Support for DanceWorks Studio’s New Home

Both of my children attend classes at Dance Works. My daughter loves her dance classes and both my son and daughter are ninjas. This has been such a wonderful outlet for them and they would be absolutely crushed if the program was to close. Think of the children.

I support Dance Works and would appreciate it if the council would approve their proposal .

Jerseyville NEEDS this, Shannon has provided a safe place for our young Community and impact so many of their lives. My granddaughters, and now great-grandsons attend the Ninja Zone,

DanceWorks is a staple of the community and needs to be allowed to grow and flourish. The kids in this community need these activities.

If they can’t move half their programs would have to shut down and that’s not fair to them or the girls that dance there.

Sad to hear that the request for a new location for Dance Works was voted down. This particular business has been beneficial to many kids and is growing. I certainly hope this committee looks at other projects that they have approved and rethinks this vote.

Do it for the kids!

Dance works is the best

We live dance works!

Although I don’t have small children anymore I think it’s very important we have lots of options for the kids to stay active. I love this expansion idea!!

This dance studio is and has been a very successful business helping our children in the community. I drive by when kids are being dropped off or picked up and it is very dangerous. If the owner has a space to place a new and improved building to help keep our children not only safe but to allow them to continue being a part of something positive and help them learn and grow why would we shut that down? I hope you will reconsider your decision to allow this move to be able to happen. Thank you

Please approve the zoning request so they can build a new and bigger studio to provide even more children with the opportunity to participate in dance and ninja classes.

My daughter is very passionate about dancing and Danceworks provides such a positive, supportive atmosphere for girls and boys to grow and learn. It would be a shame for them to have to start eliminating programs and be unable to grow due to space limitations. Though I do not live in town, I do spend 2-4 nights of my week in Jerseyville for my kids' activities. I think the new location sounds perfect.

DanceWorks is a positive example for youth to participate in constructive creative activities. A new facility is needed to accommodate the growing enrollment. Please consider allowing this to move forward.

We need to support this business. This provides opportunities for the children to grow, learn and develop characteristics to apply in life.

The community NEEDS this! Our kids NEED this!

Help them grow and provide a space for kids to express their creative freedoms and give them an outlet to do something good!

DanceWorks runs such a great program for children. The atmosphere is so positive and up lifting. Our children need more programs like DanceWorks as these ladies are true role models who teach our children how to be better people while also learning the arts.
