He broke no law! The SAFE Act us repugnant to the Constitution of the State of New York. The SAFE Act is repugnant to the Constitution of the United States. The SAFE Act is unjust and therefore null and void. We the People do not recognize it as law. Cease this unlawful action now.

Use comon sense and dismiss the charges. There was no intent to commit a crime.

This man's not a danger to society, at least not because of the magazines. Deal with him on the DUI charge, deal justly, but wink an eye at the other. Let the man raise his kid.

To only have a component of and not the entire weapon does not make any sense as to why he is being convicted other than total injustice to this individual.

This man is a veteran and a victim of a witch hunt. He did no harm to anyone. A veteran should not be tested in this manner...or any other private citizen who is doing nothing but protecting their home and family. Shame on the politicians and law enforcement officers who are participating in this atrocity.
