A man who pledges his life to defend his country as an enlisted man in the military should be granted an exception from it. The SAFEACT should have been completely repealed.

This law was passed without the consent of the people. It's completely unconstitutional and does nothing but punish law abiding citizens, some of which served our great nation. Absolutely pathetic. Shame on NY State
