This is ridiculous. If he was arrested for a valid DWI, that's what he should be in trouble for. A "large" capacity mag? There wasn't even a firearm present? Holy crap NY.

If he could be trusted in Iraq with 30 round magazines, he certainly can be trusted in the USA. NY IS still the USA, right? This is a travesty.

It's a shame that a state would convict a veteran for what is legal is most USA and should be legal in New York as well. shall not be infringed.

This is an outrageous abuse of a distinguished veteran. Many people who commit crimes of violence where others are maimed or killed receive less time. What a waste of public resourced.

NY safe act is a false flag of security that only hurts citizens. The second amendment is a God given right.
