Please waive the sentence. The is an unjust law in conflict with our second amendment rights
The law serves no purpose and needs repealed. This man has served our country and needs to be treated better than this.

I've known this guy my whole life and his commitment to our country goes along with his commitment to his son. He's a great guy and father.
He also keeps God as his guide.

This is what the Safe Act does. It is used by the police and prosecutors to circumvent the US Constitution.

Implore you drop the charge for ammunition possession... give him community service or less severe since no weapon charge ... in light of child's health

How can a man be incarcerated for possession of magazines, yet not have the firearm in his possession. His story states he had them locked away in a lockbox. This man is no danger to society. He served his country honorably and should receive leniency. Let us stop this madness and focus on the real issues plaguing America.
