This is so wrong, I myself was almost caught up in similar nonsense. As a Marine I am particularly upset that someone who is trained and trusted with large caliber machine guns and gernades while active catches some bs charge like this as a civilian

Those mags are standard capacity mags that come with glocks. Just because a government employee with armed guards want to try and make a statement by prosecuting law abiding citizens instead of actual criminals does not make this poor man a criminal. Cuomo should get rid of his armed guards and fend for himself and see if he only wants 7/10 rds in his magazine!! The safe act was illegally put through in the middle of the night that should never have happened.

Suggest probation (because already convicted) but if sentenced to a jail term he should be immediately pardon.

Stop prosecuting people like this man for non crimes. Andrew Cuomo's illegal act is not law. Let this man continue being a model citizen and take the boot of political thuggery off his neck.
