The NYS Safe act is a ludacris piece of legislation that greatly exceeds the executive branches use of power in New York, forced into law by a man who used his position as governor to strong arm law makers in this state into passing it without ample time to examine it's content and legality.

The safe act is a joke and should have never been passed !! This could be any gun owner is New York State we need to band together and let our government officials know this not acceptable!!! My heart is with you and your family at this time!!!

New York State doesn't understand the meaning of "Shall not be infringed". Their unconstitutional restrictions should be on trial, not an American patriot. Drop the charges now!
