complete pardon is needed now.
There has been people who got 7 years for killing someone, but he could get 21 years for magazines. This is insane...

This man shouldn't have ever been convicted of breaking an illegitimate and arbitrary law!! The fact that it's on the books in the first place is the real crime. JAIL CUOMO!!!!

I find it rediculous that NYS is doing everything in their power to turn law abiding citizens into criminals. They did it in the middle of the night without any public input when the shoved the safe act down our throats. This man has harmed no one and yet his future may be destroyed because of NYS political B.S.

While I believe the accused had plenty of time to comply with the law, any jail time at all just does not fit the severity of the crime. A fine a probation at worst.

As a retired Police Officer I feel the NY State Safe Act is unjust and needs another look. This NY Government is only hurting law abiding, safe gun handling, legal gun owners. This law is just a political stunt in an attempt for Governor Cuomo to further his political career.
