This is not keeping anyone SAFE, and is an absolute travesty to perpetuate the safe act any further. Please have leniency for an American warfighter.

If the first amendment can't limit an author to a certain number of words, how can the 2nd limit a citizen to a certain arbitrary number of bullets or bullet feeding mechanism?

I firmly believe this law to be an indefensible bastardization of the legislative process. To convict a man who has honorably served this country on such preposterous grounds as these would be a tremendous and deeply tragic miscarriage of justice.

Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely... This is simply B.S..!! No American should be denied the ability to defend themselves. Its a Constitutional Right. If no weapon was with him, and only a few magazines, where is the intent to commit a crime?? He is a Citizen, a Veteran and a Patriot with no criminal record. Let him off.!!

This law is political posturing and its effects on actual gun crime is unmeasurable if at all.... These kinds of unlawful oversteps of the United States constitution are unjust and completely tyrannical. the arresting officers should be ashamed of their disregard of their oaths to uphold the second amendment.

this conviction should be thrown out for unlawful search and seizure as the defendant was not drunk and they had no just cause to search his person or vehicle violated the constitution
