This safe act is an infringement on the 2nd amendment rights. This is not what I fought for when I went over seas in the military. This state should be ashamed.

The SAFE ACT is unconstitutional and enacted by Cuomo in the middle of the night. It does nothing to deter criminals. This man did not even have a firearm!! He would not be illegal in most other states!! He was not mentally unstable!! This is ridiculous!! Drop the charges!!

Just when you thought NYS was at its worst then this comes along! Law abiding citizens who pay taxes and try to make a living in this state are getting harassed for the stupidest reasons! Please drop this case and let him take care of his child!!!
