I have known this gentleman since since he was stationed in Fort Bragg in the mid 1990s. He is an upstanding citizen and an outstanding soldier. He has dedicated much of his life to serving his country, which is The United States of America, the country that wrote the Constitution (including the 2nd amendment). He should exonerated completely from these charges, as he is a serviceman as well as a veteran.

I would urge the courts to diligently examine the US constitution and no where will they find this soldier in violation of any law.

The law is unconstitutional and any sentence flies in the face of justice. This case needs to be dismissed with prejudice in the interest of justice!

Veteran for 9 tours he better know what he's doing with a firearm. Trained by Uncle Sam jammed up by a politician. He's not doing anyone any good behind bars .... prison time REALLY ????

A hard working, fully licenced, veteran, single father of a disabled son, with no criminal record should not be the example that the state would want to set. Leaneancy is not demanded. It's deserved!

Mokhiber is a special kind of "superman veteran" and he deserves the benefit of your discretion. This defendant and this type of offense are not the kind of defendant or fact pattern that was contemplated in the drafting of the Safe Act.
