And what was the probable cause for the DUI in the first place? Asking the officer to use his body cam? This is abuse of force.

I still work part time as a Police Officer, having retired from NYPD several years ago. (Detective)
My department will NOT enforce the so-called S.A.F.E. act.
Legislation enacted by lowly felons, and actively denounced by nearly a million Americans still residing in the state of New York, is NO legislation worth consideration.
I will NOT be of the dozens or even hundreds shackled to the floor, pleading to the people that "I was just following orders."

Nullify all unconstitutional laws! The SAFE act is blatantly unconstitutional. What part of "shall not be infringed " are you having problems understanding? We take an oath to preserve & protect the constitution not some 2 bit dictator wannabe.

Let us use a little common sense. This law should never have been passed. It only works to remove the 2nd amendment from us the people.

Show mercy for this man and his son who would also suffer. No harm done and no firearm was found. He served his country now return that service with no penalty.

Please spare our US Army veteran's life along with his son. Humbly plead for judicial leniency in the sentencing of Mr. Simeon D. Mokhiber . Thank you, Put him to good use. He has already proven himself prior to this mistake.

21 years in prison just for having 3 mags in his car. Murderers, child molesters, and rapists barely get a quarter of that sentence. Thanks a lot Cuomo. This is an absolute joke. How about we let this man be a father for his disabled son and lock up some REAL criminals. Start with Cuomo.
