This is garbage. Criminals walk with probation after getting caught. Plaxico burress got 2 ears for shooting a gun in a club.

The safe act violates the right to keep and bear arms. Any state law that violates Constitutional rights is null and void.

Please for the sake of this soldiers family especially his child be lenient. I mean who's to say he wasn't on his way to turn the magazines in to the turn in point. It is clear he wasn't intending to do anything illegal with them

I do not believe that this man should face any jail time or fines in this case. The reason for this is there was no fireare found with him at the time that he was pulled over and there was no intent to case harm in this case

Please be considerate as to who this man is, what his background is, and what he is legally allowed to own. Punishing people for having ammo and no weapon is a waste of tax payer money and it is ultimately not making anyone safer by any means. Please take a minute and consider the ramifications of this sentence. Not only to him, but to other gun owners and veterans and most importantly, his son. Please have a heart and some compassion.
