What happened to this man is the definition of injustice. As a resident of NYC it's clear that the political class wants the citizens to live in fear. They continue to slowly erode our God given right that have been writing into the Constitution.

This Police Man Violated the oath of the Costitution that they sworn to up hold and Protect wich Discualifi them from the duty of Law enforcement.all Parties involve in this sevear violation of Human rights most be Put In Jail. for treason.

This makes me sick. I was born and raised in the state of New York. I try to never go back because of their violations of the second amendment. Mass murders agree gun control works just ask Hitler, Stalin and Mao.

corrupt laws or individuals of ANY AUTHORITHY do not supercede the U.S. Constitution at all. nor does it give the right to ANY law enforcement to violate the oath they took.

THE SECOND AMENDMENT SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. NEW YORK PATRIOTS WILL COME TO SORT OUT THE COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT OF NEW YORK AND THEN THE PROBLEM WILL BE BURIED AND THE CONSTITUTION WILL REIGN A OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS. THOSE THAT VIOLATE THAT GOD GIVEN RIGHT WILL FACE RETRIBUTION ......................

Safe act needs to be looked at again and revised. I think that this has got outta hand. There are to many rules and regs and to be honest a little unclear at times

21 years for three, locked, empty, box magazines? What's next? What if it's YOU years from now, in another jurisdiction, facing charges you never thought or dreamed conceivable? Please overturn or dismiss this case against this fellow Veteran. It's painfully obvious all the non-'SAFE' Act charges were thrown out for a reason. Why not these as well? Somethings amiss here...and I have a feeling it wasn't this Veteran.
