Good luck thank you for your service and know your not alone I too fought NJ a sister communist state I was facing 67.5 years for my 2 legal guns and 25 rounds of hollow tip ammo I was let off with PTI at sentencing keep your head up all you can do is pray.

This is directed directly to the judge and the local DA. Enough is enough. You know the laws are unjust. And you can nullify them by not enforcing unjust laws. Stand for the people! Not the government! Wouldn't you want people to stand for your family if you had a problem and knew the law was unjust.

The safest is unconstitutional and as such should not be used in any manner to imprison or impose restrictions on the rights of anyone, let alone a veterans who has served thus country and vowed to protect yours and our rights to freedom.

This is a gross example of government overreach. A criminal can be caught with a stolen handgun and be put back on the street and this man is facing 21 years? Pure stupidity.

The SAFE Act is a travesty trampling on the rights of law abiding citizens to own and use firearms commonly used for target practice, hunting and self defense. It has created unequal classes of citizens under the law...those who can own certain types of firearms and those who are prohibited...by no rational distinction between the two. The SAFE Act makes no one but criminals safer. Please use logic and judgment in deciding this case.

Safe act Does not make sense you're allowed to carry all the mags you want and multiple guns but not a magazine capable of more than 10 rounds.

This law is complete nonsense, and a good man should not be used as an example. Use an actual criminal, who's evaded the law, and has several priors. I'm sure you can find at least a handful in Niagara Falls that would fit this mold.

What is wrong with the police officers that did this to him? Are they robotic monsters that swear their oath only to the bosses and unions that control them? I thought they took an oath to uphold the US Constitution?
