Yes! 100% agree to cameras. Please! Keep our kids and school staff safe by monitoring and holding those who threaten violence accountable for their actions.

Long overdue. As a community, it is our obligation to keep our students and school staff as safe as possible.

a petition shouldn’t even be needed ....this should be a done deal and now is the time to get the cameras in the school

I fully support security cameras inside and outside of the school. However, I'd like policy to be put in place to prevent the overuse of the footage they capture. The footage should be used as a tool of last resort and not become the go to for each situation, no matter how minor.

If there were a shooter in the school and we could save lives by locating the shooter with interior cameras- I could never forgive myself if I didn’t say yes to interior cameras.

Our schools are public buildings and there should be no expectation of privacy if you are on the premises. Safety for our kids is of penultimate importance. Cameras will help deter fake threats. It’s time.

Safety is THE most important. Why not take every measure to help ensure that? Privacy should not be an issue in public spaces like the halls and parking lots.
