Simply stated: the cost/benefit to our region and passengers is Negative in all respects; this proposal is another example of Washington Beltway Insanity !!!

I oppose this plan because it will take over people's homes and disturb the estuaries around them. It will ruin historic area. I do NOT think it's necessary for this line.

I oppose this plan because it will disturb people's homes and the estuaries around them. I also feel this rail service is not necessary!

I OPPOSE! Ms. White is an elderly woman who does not have an email and does not have access to a computer, I am adding her name to the petition at her request and with her consent.

This cannot happen. These are historic and residential areas and is a completely unnecessary project.

The rail bypass proposal is, plainly, a horrible plan.

Why don't we just spend the dollars improving the existing rail? What a waste of money and a horrible disruption to the community.

I oppose this bypass plan for a number of reasons: Of which the primary is the proposed route is literally in my neighborhood and affects me directly

Terrible plan for a beautiful part of New England. Stop it now.

Just an opinion but you may want to remove the modified gadsden flag and replace with an actual map of the proposed route. Maybe also add the specific business which would be impacted in a negaitive way in our respective areas.

We need a solution now, making what is in place work, not a long term unworkable plan that will damage some of the wonderful things about SE Connecticut.
